Innovation Group Maintenance Dept...PATHETIC SERVICE DELIVERY
This is my 2nd review for your company......the service plan dept contacted me asap after my 1st review, and promised to get the maintenance dept to get in touch with me, regarding a claim........ To be honest I haven't heard from them yet..............................................................but money has been paid monthly since June 2020....................................................................!!!!!!! Why do I have to struggle to get you to fix something that is part of maintenance?????
