Innovation Group is useless
Poor service innovation group, today I took the vehicle to VW Bfn for service around 07:30. Vw called me and informed me that they struggle to get authorisation from Innovation Group and I contacted them around 12:00 and they promised that after 10 minutes they will send the authorisation. Now Vw called and informed again that they are still waiting for authorisation and now is almost 14:30. Almost 6 hours past Innovation struggle to give authority. Innovation Group is useless. Guys please dont even think about taking innovation Group is poor and useless please do your research thoroughly.

11 Nov 2020, 20:04I am sorted and thanks again for excellent services rendered today by innovation Group. Just need to address or speedup the authorisation of the claim, beside that no complaints continue to render excellent service to others.
Guys I recommend to opt for innovation Group service plan and they are the best and they do listen to the clients.
Innovation Group is the best Guys and their plan, premium is reasonable. I give you ten out of ten.
