Innovation group is the worst!

My car broke down on 28 April 2021 while on my way back from work, so i had to get it towed to the nearest dealer i could find bearing in mind that theyre RMI certified, the dealer i sent my car to tried putting through a claim to innovation group however they were denied any assistance as they werent on their list/panel of service providers they work with, in which the dealer i sent my car to was told to apply to be on innovations list. They tried applying and sent emails to the respective people so that their application process could be done however they were told innovation has enough dealers in pretoria and centurion. I spoke to a claims consultant named Thato who said i should tell the dealers to still send through the documents and the matter will be escalated to Budget insurance as id taken the warranty through budget and theyd decide whether the claim should be processed or i can pay then claim it back thereafter, documents were sent through by dealer. Fast foward to 6 May 2021 i called innovation to check if they were able to escalate the matter and the guy that i spoke to acrually told me a different story from the other consultant, since my dealer isnt on their list im told i should tow the car again at my expense to a dealer thats on their list and il claim back the money should the claim be approved! It has really been so frustrating that i decided to just cancel my policy, according to the budget insurance consultant who assisted me i should be able to take my car to any RMI registered dealer. No where in my warranty documents have i read about a clause that i should call first and confirm with them which RMI approved dealer i should take my car to. Their service has been the worst to say the least and i am gatvol, instead of making things easier they were just made unbearable, ive just been uselessly donating money to these ******!
