Innovation Group is the worse ever.

I was told when I took out the policy that I was covered from 90 000 and 105 000 services. This morning when I took my car to Hyundai for the 90 000 service , I was told that the service plan is for a annual 120 000 service plan. Innovation groups is possibly the worse customer service as the gent I phoned to enquire all of this about was absolutely not phased or bothered with assisting me.

His first reaction was to blame the sales rep. They are utterly the worse ever. How they are still in business is beyond me as they are the worst ever!
