Innovation Group is the absolute worst!!!!!!!!!!

Its been two weeks, my car has still NOT been serviced. Innovation group has incorrectly captured my information, and cannot seem to rectify their mistakes??? I cannot sit on the phone AGAIN and listen to someone tell me "I'm forwarding your issue to" whatever department!!! I want my issue resolved OR i want to cancel my policy (which also seems to be problematic because I'm getting "Not delivered" responses back.

Please if ANYONE can help resolve this issue, it will be much appreciated!
