INNOVATION GROUP IS RUBISH

Very bad experience with Innovation Group, im regretting taking a warranty policy with them.

Now they dont want to approve my claim because they say that i must pay for the strip and quote to suit their agenda of rejecting my claim.

VW has sent them the diagnostic report already, but because they dont want to pay for my claim they even **** to me that Vw did not diagnosed the vehicle.

Mahlatse is the worst service consultant and very rude.

But im prepared to excalate this matter until the highest office in the land. Already started with reporting the matter to the Ombudsman and now my next step is to pursue the matter and further cancel my contract with this *****sters.

I wish i had listened when they warn me about the Innovation Group
