INNOVATION GROUP is con artists! Stay away from their products as service sucks!

My reference is WBQ16822 and WBQ22349. This company is a bunch of ******! - Stay away - do not let ANY car dealership sell you their **** products - whether warranty plans OR service plans. I cancelled both my warranty plans with them in August 2021 and to date they have not yet refunded the finance house or reimbursed me the credit due - they are ******** and send you from one call center consultant to the next and none and none of them knew what they were doing or were able to provide me with answers. Their latest excuse was that the one dealing with my refund is in a meeting and will call me back - STAY AWAY from this company!
