Innovation Group is a ****

I purchased a vehicle through We Buy Cars at the end of last year. I took out not only the standard warranty but also the bosted warranty administered by the Innovation Group. 7 Months done the line my clutch packs up - No Problem- I thought, I have a warranty for just such occasions. The Innovation Group promptly rejected my claim, even though I had spoken to a customer care agent 2 weeks prior, who verbally confirmed that I am covered. The reason cited by Godefrey Lebotse - Claims Agent Warranties was that the warranty does not cover "normal wear & tear. Needless to say, I'm disgusted with the service or rather lack of service I received.
