Innovation Group is a ***** company

Absolutely BAD service. My service policy states it expires on 120 000km odometer meter reading or 19 September 2023 (Whichever comes first) My car only had one service approved on this policy at 72000 km, when i took it in for the 82000km service they told me that the policy expired.. How can that be?? Now they urged me to pay 1457.16 before they can give the approval for the service.

I am taking these people to court as this is unacceptable, if i knew this i would have not take this and pay for the services on day as the service is cheaper than the actual contract.

Every time you call in for an answer, you have to wat for 20min and still no one can give an proper answer.
