Innovation group is a big **** - stay away!!!

This company is the biggest **** on plant earth. I have about 4 motor plans with them but my car has been sitting at the dealership from Friday 12 February 2021 waiting for authorisation. A girl by the name Cebisa is too important to get off her chair or type an email to John Williams and advise what she needs from them in order to authorise this claim. All the agents I have spoken to this far are useless, no sense of customer care, professionalism and courtesy whatsoever.
