Innovation group is a **** and is reaping people’s money

I bought a car from “We buy cars”, in April 2022, and I was paying extra monthly subscription for a warranty.

My car is currently in for repairs and they are refusing to pay the full amount of what I am covered for . They are missgroup the component claimed for, so that my claim is approved for a smaller amount.

I called the manufacturer of the car to confirm if the component falls under engine or casings. The manufacturer confirmed that it is an engine component. Now tell me how doe’s Innovation group goes against the manufacturer , components identification and grouping
