INNOVATION GROUP HORRIBLE AND SHOCKING SERVICE

Extremely poor service! Please dont waste your money on this warranty plan. My Jeep Wrangler were in for a long time at Unlimited Angri Auto in Montague Gardens. They fixed everything perfect. Then they had to put my car into storage for almost 3 weeks because they struggled to get hold of Innovatoin. I needed my car as can be expected after waiting so long, so I paid the full amount to get car out of storage. The assessor where there but no reply or nothing. They dont reply emails from me or the repair centre. You wait 10-25min to talk to someone att call centre. I received up until today not a cent, no help, not a call or nothing.

Horrible service. I paid my extended warranty. It seems they have their money and now they dont give a damn about the client.

And they had the nerve to call me 5 times past 2 weeks to ask if I would like to extend my warranty again when it expires. When I told them I still needed help with my claim they couldnt help or put me through to someone.
Its crazy. Poorest service
