Innovation Group has *****ulent activities they can adjust your policy to cover their mistakes instead of refunding you for contributions done while the car was under warranty

I have a bad story to share regarding innovation group under MFC . I bought a second hand Mercedes Benz 2016 C180 at WE BUY CARS . I was funded by MFC in 2021 March. In September the car was due for service which I took it. The same month after service, Innovation Group called me to inform me that the car service warranty had elapsed. I was new in MFC and I took 3 years policy after I was informed that MFC as a funder expects me to service the car with Mercedes Benz as a service provider. It happened that in June 2025 my car reported that it needs service. I called Innovation Group to arrange for service. I was informed that the service cover elapsed in December 2024. I remembered in 2022 I overheard that my service plan had elapsed. As Mercedes Benz doesn’t have service book, I went to Mercedes Benz and bought service kits to service my car with small service provider. After servicing the car something within me made me to return back to request a service plan at Mercedes Benz . I realised I was misled in 2021 the car was still having warranty that elapsed in 2022. When I raised it with innovative Group the heard of section demanded a prove of car was still under Mercedes Benz warranty in 2022. After submitting the prove the innovation Group turned around to say the car service cover will elapsed in 2025 as the car as still under warranty in 2022. When I asked why did they refuse when I called for service I was told the policy was recently adjusted after realising that it was taken prematurely. My request is may innovation group apply redress policy and return the money which I contributed in 2021 to 2022 while the car was still under warranty to MFC . The service cover plan was a loan which had interest and my request is very simple refund to MFC the service fee of the service not done in 2022 as Mercedes Benz service warranty was still in place.
