Innovation Group - ********** Sales Contract

I've got several policies held by Innovation & I am extremely p***ed of with their service rendered. Any new customer should be very weary about taking out a policy with them and if possible steer clear. They sold me an extended warranty policy on one of my vehicles, only to tell me that the policy is not valid when I wanted to claim for repairs. According to them the vehicle was already out of factory warranty when I got the policy. However, I gave them ALL the vehicle's details when they signed me on for the policy. There were no half truths or hidden facts from me. It was for them to say at the time of sale that the vehicle does not qualify for a certain policy or not. As the client I wouldn't know which requirements they implement to warrant validity. But no, they were adimant on the sale & more than content to deduct my money on a monthly basis. However, when it became time to claim, it became an issue. I've requested the recordings of the sales transaction & they admitted after having listened to it, that they were wrong. But, they're not taking ownership for their mistake, I'm still stuck with the mess & stress. I've spoken to numerous of their consultants and everytime they just indicate that the matter was escalated, but you never hear back from them, nor can you get a manager's name or contact details from them. This matter will probably end in a legal fight. These guys are the worst ever!!
