Innovation Group Extended Warranty

The absolute worst call center i have ever dealt with, my extended warranty was not activated and when i call to resolve this i get put on hold and they hang up every time. i have not been able to resolve this issue and they dont even call back EVER. you have to start the process everytime with someone else. Do not recommend this extended warranty solely for the unprofessionalism and poor communication with their clients.
