Innovation Group don't deliver on their promises!
Innovation Group advise me of the following: "A full investigation will be conducted and feedback will be provided to you within 48 hours." "We value your concerns raised and confirm we will attend to the necessary to resolve your complaint efficiently and effectively."
Well we are on 83 hours with no feedback!!!
