Innovation Group does not keep up to resposibilities
Last year I contacted the Group (maxicare) about appliances that needed to be repaired and was assured that I would be contacted. Well up to today I have not been contacted "IS THIS THE TYPE OF SERVICE" that we are going to receive?????
