Innovation Group clueless *******.

These people have no idea how a vehicle works and how the manufacturers or repair center's work. They have no idea of how the vehicle manufacturers quote or how a vehicle is assembled and disassembled. After I was ensured that the parts that needs replacing will be covered and upgrading me to a new more expensive plan, I was shocked to find out that nothing changed apart from my monthly installment. One example. They paid for the thermostat, but not for the sealant or the gasket or the nuts that hold the thermostat in place - HOW??? How do they think a part stays in place and how do they think you stop leakage. That was just the start. In short.... They are there to rob people from their hard earned cash and nothing more
