Innovation Group Car service plan is a ****
I was disappointed with Innovation Group's car service plan as it did not meet my expectations. Their failure to cover basic items, such as a complete set of spark plugs, resulted in higher service costs for me. Despite their promise to handle this simple service, they failed to follow through. Consequently, I have decided not to conduct any future business with Innovation Group or their affiliated companies.
