INNOVATION GROUP BIGGEST ****
Innovation group by Absa think they are doing me a favor while I pay them monthly, I am very much disgusted to say the least at this company and they are dragging Absa's name into the mud as they are operating under their name. I took my car in for service at 80 000 instead of 75 000 and they refused to pay for the service and refused to service my car for (full service). I will never recommend this company to anyone, very unprofessional and ***********. I will be taking this matter to the motor ombudsman without failure as I am very disappointed and disgusted at how I was treated as a customer. Kindly please help
