Innovation group
I took a service plan with innovation group and at that time my kilometres were at 111000 km and I was told my service will start at 120000 km ,now I took my car to Vw to be serviced and they called me saying innovation group rejected their Quotation because according to them the car should have been serviced for 120000km in 2021.I only bought the car in 2021 August and when I bought the car it was at 111000 km which they were aware of and my contract with them states that the first service with them will be 120000 km.I have been paying this people last year now because I have to be assisted they come with stories
