Innovation group.... Bad service
The worst experience I had with them today Car went in for a service however it cannot be done because the plan appears to be expired in January already but the car is only due for service today... Nobody calls and says the plan will expire soon when I contacted them Lebo the team leader is never available and Noone can assist with my problem.... Bad company... No communication and no customer service.. I would not recommend any1.

26 Mar 2021, 14:06None of the staff can help us... Like the consults told us the administration department has declined to extend the date as the car is now only on 150000km and not in January... Pathetic service I wouldn't recommend anyone to join this group
