I took out an extended warranty on my vehicle with Innovation Group. I now need to claim and the company is silent as if they are no longer in business. They got my money and now refuse to honor the claim. The manager Clinton Lewis and all the rest of the so called "customer service team" , what are you getting paid for if you refuse to assist your customers. Please DO NOT take out any extended warranty with this company. R20k for my so called peace of mind down the drain.
