Innovation Group and we buy cars are useless. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

Hi, I bought a car from We Buy Cars worth R120000. 11 months/ 7000kilometers later a water pipe came off while driving and the head gasket blow on the car. So when I phone innovation group as We buy cars told me that as a standard I have a policy with them. They told me to get a quote from a RMI approved workshop. The quote came to R830000 so I send the quote to them and they inform me that they will only cover R5000 of the quote. So I get a quote from a machinic that has a workshop in town (but not RMI) for R30000 and they say sorry they will not cover any cost from this workshop. So why is we buy cars using this policy? and where have you heard of someone fixing anything on a car for R5000? now I am paying over R3500 a month for garage ornament. I must in clued that since I got the vehicle I have been fighting with We buy cars due to small thing that keep on coming up. like gearbox frailer warnings. And we buy cars keeps referring me to innovation group and innovation is useless. Innovation group and we buy cars is not coming to the party to assist their clients.
