Innovation Group and ABSA VF ****

Since August last year, ABSA has been deducting an additional cost towards my financed Vehicle. I asked what it's for, they said I took a policy with one of their partners- Innovation Group. To date, no policy document for the apparent policy and no recording has been sent to me as the ABSA FV consultant promised and Innovation Group is still deducting. I find it sneaky that they chose not to debit my account directly but tucked the costs in my FV statement thinking I wouldn't notice. I spoke to someone by the name of NTHOLENG. She first picked up the phone while still having a casual conversation on the side, then she took my details and hung up on me after putting me on hold for 20 minutes.
