Innovation Group - An Absolute Waste
Innovation Group Customer Service is absolutely pathetic!!! They cancelled my Warranty Policy after a debit order apparently bounced yet are still debiting my account. Everytime I contact the customer care, I keep receiving the same response - we are investigating the issue. Absolute waste of a time doing any sort of business with this company!!! Innovation Group, please can you stop the debit orders, refund my money and remove me from your database!!!
