Innovation Group - a Non performer

Unfortunately this company sends you from pillar to post without ever addressing the issue at hand! They are happy to take your money first up, however when you want to claim forget it! Their call centre staff is unprofessional, not interested in customers, will not answer emails, drop your calls, not even a response from an email sent via their website. I have tried communicating with them since 12 Dec 2020, to date (3 Feb 2021) I have not had any response, even when the query was supposedly escalated!
