Innovation Group

This an advice to all vehicle owners who would like to extend their motor warranty with Innovation Group. Please stop, Innovation Group by MFC will **** your money and when you log a call, they hang up on you. I took out an extended warranty 2 months prior my initial warranty expires. I took the warranty in September 2020, the warranty was to start from 1st November 2020, after few weeks before the warranty could be activated I cancelled their warranty on october 2020, i was told Innovation Group could only pay back the pro rata, initially i payed over 9.2k, but they were only able to pay me just over 5k. For me that was totally unfair on my side, I have been loyal to Innovation Group by MFC for years and their treatment to me was unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone not to use Innovation Group and look for other motor warranty with other insurances. I will never refer anyone to them.
