Innovation don't want to pay for my vehicle

I took my vw polo tsi for service, as I have two policies with innovation group. One for service ND one for mechanical warranties. The vw lenasia contacted me and they told me the vehicle got also problem of clutch, water pump, brakes and disc etc. I told the. To contact innovation for service of all these things.

They contacted them during the day and later on around 17h00 they contacted vw to say I have missed payment on my policy. What a lie by innovation. My policies cash is added to my mfc installment for vehicle and if I have missed installment that means my vehicle is in error..

Innovation don't want to pay but want to deduct only. In my case I want my vehicle fixed, I am having this picy for +-3 years a d I hVe never used my warranty while I keep extending when it expires.

I have never being contacted by innovation to say I have missed payments.so innovation is the bad company to do business with when it comes to warranties.
