People, stay away from Innovation ******. I bought my car from We Buy Cars and was told that the Innovation Group pre-owned warranty was a compulsory extra before picking up the car. I happened to take my car in for service and after the run-around and the incompetence of someone in this ***** company capturing incorrect info, I ended up paying for the service from my own pocket as I needed the car. Claim was never paid. Some time later I needed to claim for repairs on the car and was told they can only pay R8000. I decided to do the repair again from my own pocket, then later on canceled the policies - got told that I have forfeited my refund. However, I supposed to have received the refund for the service plan and the dent & scratch policies and yet there's nothing. I spoke to several people and eventually to the manager named Ofentse but it was all a pointless exercise.
