Innovation Cancelled My Policy without telling me

I had a Tyre and Rim insurance policy that was sold to me by BMW in 2020 and it was underwritten by Innovation. I have made 3 claims so far. On Monday the 5th August 2022 I had a tyre incident which I tried to claim for. They then advised me that my policy has “expired” to my surprised. This shocked me considering the fact that I had spoken to a call centre agent earlier in the year who told me I had one more claim left. No email or message or call came from innovation advising me of this. They’re now failing to resolve the complaint internally, to my frustration. I have ended up having to purchase a tyre from my pocket R4900 all this because I was of the idea that I have cover.
