I bought a car at we buy cars now they sold me a service plan. For 2 years which was 30 000 eligibility, The agreement was that what ever comes first between the 2 years and the 30 k . For example I must use these 30 k within a space of two years meaning I must use the 30 000 in service within 2 years if 2 years comes and I have used it then it’s my lose . And then the second one was I have the option to use my 30 kilometres within the space on those months meaning i can deplete the 30 kilometres even before the 24 months then myself and innovation we depart our ways as my 30 kilometres has been used up

Little di I know that was a lie , a big fat li. As innovation has now robbing me my 11000 + kilometres they claim that I have used up my service plan when I didn’t when I speak to their sales people who do not know how to speak to clients neither know or understand what they are doing it’s like a conversation it’s a clueless and misinformed person . They ended up saying we buy cars **** and I must suck it up how we buy cars is thier client that must fix this I said and they said no they won’t I am not going to allow this I want my kilos I will take this up with the ombusdasman
