Innovation and there very slow administration department

I sold my vehicle and immediately called to cancel my policy. I was then told it would take 14 days. 14 days has passed and all I am told is that the cancellation is in process and there is nothing they can do. The agent just continually say that they are awaiting feedback from the admin department. Is the admin department that slow? Quick to deduct money but when it comes to reimbursing clients, the clients have to jump thru ten million hoops. Cause apparently after this 14 day waiting period there is another 7 day waiting period. Surely it cannot be so difficult to see what innovation owes me?
