Innovation has rejected my claim now twice due to carbon build up that blocked my oil pump.pick up. The rejected letter keeps saying sludge build up. And because my vehicle is decatted. My oil pump was blocked from carbon build up as per assessors report not sludge. And My vehicle was decatted before I bought it. If this is the case than innovation sold me a warranty for my vehicle that didn't even qualify for a Warranty because it had be decatted. My vehicle has Been broken.since july13 2018 till date

Thanks for the feed back . But I am still waiting for an answer as to what will take place. And what will happen. Is the refund in place or not ?

Innovation are *******. They took my money for my car that didn't qualify for a warranty. They failed to do an inspection. And than canceled my policy due to a modification that was done before I bought the vehicle. And did not refund me. Ombudsman. Are absolutely no help at all 6 months later. And still nothing from both parties
