The biggest ****mers… from their operations manager Musa to lorna whom so called my account manager… i have paid for an order which includes servicing of a bizhub machine which they claimed will be delivered within 3-5 working days on the 12th May until today am just given false hope each and every day… am calling day and night for follow ups …almost 2 months now and yet they keep on lying to me… they promise to call me back but they don’t….am always the one calling them…i have ran out of patience now.. i have requested my money back and still they don’t seem to be prepared to pay me back..
