follow up to my previous report. I have had feedback that Maxicare will replace my LG Dishwasher with a Defy which, I am told by a reputable appliance dealer in Pietermaritzburg that it will be a step down in quality of appliance. I AM NOT PREPARED TO ACCEPT THAT.
