We took a mechanical warranty with innovation group (IGD) worth R60 000 via MFC , last year we had a mechanical failure with the gearbox ,it was paid for by innovation group ,A month ago we knocked into something on the road ,creating damage on casing of the gearbox ,They now refuse to pay as they say the box is still in warranty by the worship that worked on gearbox before,which the guarantee expired 3 months ago … Sello failed to get back to us as he is the claims consultant, we discovered this info (rejection ) by us calling them and being on the phone for +-30minutes , they failed to even make contact with us.

We took our a mechanical plan to guarantee that our vehicle is covered for any damages but this doesn’t seem to be the case
