Its mind boggling as to why @BMW South Africa associates themselves with such an *********** company such as the Innovation Group Insurance. As a loyal BMW customer i always take their tyre and rim cover insurance which is unfortunately administered by the Innovation Group and i have never had any joy or satisfaction dealing with them. Today (2020/09/07) i was on the phone for more than an hour with the Innovation Group, my call was transferred to more than 6 agents just to lodge a simple tyre claim and guess what i was still not assisted. I asked the last agent to call me back as i was running out of airtime and 2 hours later i am still waiting for them to call me back. Now i am stuck and have to use Uber taxis to get around. BMW please disassociate yourself with this company before you loose customers like myself. I am going to post this message on Twitter and BMW website.
