App**** for an insurance few months back and last month I took the car for service but I got a call from the GM saying my insurance doesn't' t cover the battery, brakes and tensioner. When I signed up I was told that it covers everything since the car was going for major service. I then called the insurance t confirm but with no luck as the agent told me she can't tell me why the other agent who signed me up didn't tell me about the top up plan, and she said the battery and brakes are not covered but what about the tensioner? <br> I had to pay R2600 because of the *********** staff who couldn't even take responsibility for their mistakes. I'm going to cancel the insurance if the matter isn't resolved this week.
