Important warning to all current and future member

I am utterly disgusted with this company , after having 3 active policy with them and 6 referrals.<br> <br> I had a nail damage on the side wall of my tyre last year (2014) exactly like this one and they agreed that the tyre was damaged and were happy to authorise to replace it with no issues . When I quote them , I was told this had been changed, we no longer get the benefits we used to get last year.<br> I am very disappointed with what I'm hearing right now and I will assure you to look for an alternative policy that will replace the one you had last year and not the current tyre and rim policy. I have mislead my friends and family that I have referred to you. I understand the policy amendment and reducing the benefits but the principle to me still remains ??? what you classified as a damage last year (2014) that you were happy to covered hassle free no longer qualify as a damage, that's alarming. So please advise me on how to fix or patch my tyre if your preferred agent (Tiger Wheel) says its damaged and they can't fix it?
