******* - IGNORING CLAIM
Segers Anthony - broker of third party who reversed into my stationary vehicle, has requested certain documentation from me and we have been in contact since May, 11th. All required docs have been submitted incl quotes from different panel-beaters. He even acknowledged my documents. I have been chasing feedback re having my vehicle booked for repairs, but no response whatsoever. How appalling and pathetic!!!! If I do not receive receive feedback by Friday, 29th May 2015 (tomorrow), I am taking legal action. The third party has a legal obligation and he is insured but his broker is absolutely blase? about his job and responsibilities. Innovation Group, please sort this out immediately or you will be liable for my legal cost too.
