I would say the worst company I've ever come across

<p>I honestly believe this company strifes to get clients for their car service agreements and find ways to not pay for services of the cars when they become due. I've had to change my contract and increase my rates as well as spend over 30 hours in phone calls tryibng to repair mistakes made by their staff so that I could take my car in for a service only to discover more issues and reasons which don't make any sense of why they can't at this stage pay for my car service. It feels like they make up problems and then pass you along and make you wait for hours on end so that you just eventually give up... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! </p>
