I was unfairly treated by innovation group, the money making ****.,South Africans stay way from this ****mers
South Africans, I'm warning you, if you have a product with innovation group please cancel. During claims they looking for a loop whole not to pay. I'm having two products with innovation group and both products are up front payment, rim and tyre warranty, services plan. And in both products I have never done any claim and went well successfully, they always come with excuses not to pay. on Tuesday I did a claim, and they said I must go to any Hi-Q I will be assistant. I went to Hi - Q in hartswater, when handover documents to be assistant, the white guys sees innovation group, says my guy will like to assist you, but innovation group is owing me 40k and they don't pay me. I called innovation group let them know, the answer was get another dealer of your choice, I went to supa quick hartswater. They send disclaimer form, we filled in and sign, and we send all requested documents. They told me that for us to get tamporary dealer code it will take about 5 working days, so if you have money pay the invoice, and send the proof of payment to us we will refund you, I did that. When I'm following up with them they says my claim is pending rejection. I paid for wheel Alignment, four tyres I did send them proof of payment and all supporting documents as per there request. Can this money making **** company called innovation groups, refund my money

Guys one of your consultants said I must use my money to pay the invoice ( consultant name : philimon). You guy's will refund me, I did that, I have send all requested pictures and proof of payment, proof of banking. So why is so difficult to pay my money back. Can I please get my refund. I'm tired of you guy's

Who is going to be responsible for fees for supa quick to remove new tyres and put old tyres and do ridiculous tyre test that you want them to do. Becouse they can't do that for free, thats ridiculous, you guys have to talk sense.

Now they have received videos they not responding. South Africans please stay away from innovation group. If you want to be valued and respected, assistant accordingly as a client, go to out insurance, budget insurance, I have never had any issues with those companies.
