I want my refund

I joined their monthly service plan on the 20 September 2021, they have been debiting my account since then until 15 November 2021 that’s when I cancelled my plans since I was giving the vehicle to someone else,I waited for the 21days working days for it to be finalised but now it passed and yet their agents hasn’t called me with arrangements of my refund
