I have registered a claim through the dealership and they requested all the required documents which weee submitted however it’s been days and they are quiet. I called yesterday and they promised to revert to me before close of business but they did not. I called again today and again told me they will revert to me. I then requested to speak to the team leader and they made me hold for 45 minutes and no one attended to my call until I hung up. It’s been 10 days but there is no progress
