I curse the day I took a Service and Maintenance Plan with Innovation “****s” Group

In all the mistakes one can make in life, NEVER take a plan with these people. I had a service plan with them and amended last year for it to be from 60km to 75km as my car was due for 60km last year and 75km this year. This year I’m taking my car to Renault and only for them to be told that I don’t have a plan with them it expired last year, MIND YOU they have been deducting money from me every month without fail. When I call them they say I asked for an amendment from 45km to 60km last year. I’m asking for a recording where I requested for this since their calls are recorded because surely I’m crazy to ask amendment from 45km to 60km when my car was due for 60km. Can I tell you that since 27/02/23 till today I haven’t received the recording nor communication from them instead I’m the one who uses my own airtime to call and find out what’s the story.

What really annoys and frustrates me is that I’ve been paying all these months for absolutely nothing, in this economic I’ve been donating my money to Innovation Group when I could’ve done something else with it.

I curse the day I took up a plan with them and I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy so please, this is just a friendly warning to everyone out there NEVER TO TAKE ANY PLAN WITH INNOVATION GROUP, NEVER!!!
