I am disgusted

I am utterly disgusted with the service I got from Innovations Group. Their careless mistake and unwillingness to listen to my call is making my life hell. Their mistake is costing me alot of money UNNECESSARILY !!! They promise to get back to me but NOTHING happens. They ONLY lady who is GREAT with how she handles her customers are VERONIQUE HERMANS. Can someone PLEASE contact me as I am considering laying a complaint at the Ombudsman about this.
