Horrible Service from Innovation group

I have a warranty for my vehicle with innovation group. My car broke down and I took it to CMH Boksburg. CMH has been trying to claim this repair cost from innovation since January with no luck. I have also attempted to get innovation to pay as I pay for the warranty every month and have not missed one payment.

One of the agents Godfrey called me and told me my engine was worked on. I told him that can’t be true the only time my car was worked on was by CMH In December and he said I must send him those invoices which I did but then no response since then.

I want innovation to pay for my car repairs because we have a contract and I always hold up my part of the deal. Their service is really horrible. I have not had my car for four months now and I pay for it monthly including insurance. I just want my car fixed ???
