Horrible Service and Lies

Absolutely terrible service and a bunch of freaking *****. I have a service plan that was supposed end in April 2022 as per the telephone conversation I had with one of their consultants in February already when they advised me that only 3 collections are outstanding, Feb, Mar and April. To my surprise when I call for the cancelation I'm told that, no it's actually more 6 months to go before they can cancel it, because there's administrative fees involved. Why the **** was I not told in February already that you have 6 months outstanding and only in May, then I get told this *******? This is a HORRIBLE money milking company that has no decency to honour their deals. One star review for them. Join BIDVEST for service plans and warranties. Bunch of clowns. Absolute horrific experience. Your consultants lie with conviction, ****ing ridiculous. ****** *******! Cancel any policies you have with them
