Horrible Service
I made a Small Dent & Scratch Cover claim with Innovation group which was approved and authorized. I took my car in to the chosen dealer and they repaired my vehicle. After following due protocol of sending in the required documentation upon collection of my vehicle, to date, Innovation group has still NOT PAID my supplier. I am pressured to pay my dealer from my pocket as Innovation group failing to pay the repairer. I have sent them numerous emails no response, and the lady handling my Claim is Pinky Nkoe, she is not giving me any feedback no matter how many emails i sent
